Haskins W. Jones

Partner

Haskins is a partner and member of Johnston Barton's Business & Tax Practice Group.  He  has significant experience in representing lenders, developers, owners, operators and investors in all aspects of real estate. He regularly counsels clients on real estate matters involving development, partnerships and joint ventures, buying, selling and exchanging of real estate, commercial leasing and other complex commercial real estate transactions.
 
Haskins also has extensive experience in representing financial institutions in real estate, senior housing and other commercial lending transactions.
 
Haskins is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (B.A., 1985) and the University of Alabama School of Law (J.D., 1992). He is a member of the Birmingham and American Bar Associations, the Alabama State Bar and the Alabama Bankers Association. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America and was recognized by the Birmingham Business Journal in 2005 as one of the Best of Bar.
